Giving to the River City Foundation, 501 (c) (3)

 

With your help, the River City Tennis Open brings high-level college tennis to Richmond. Every gift, large or small, helps the River City Tennis Foundation in its mission:  Promoting the values of the sport of tennis though local tournaments and events.  The Foundation will stress the importance of dedication, sportsmanship, and good citizenship to the youth of the community teaching life skills through tennis. 

 

A contribution of $250 or more will receive acknowledgment in the program and website. 

Gold (Title Sponsor)

  • Your name will be a part of the official tournament title

  • Prime sponsorship signage at the facility and on all tournament materials

  • Court Sponsor for Stadium Court with large font 2.5’ x 8’ courtside banner

  • Name recognition in all radio announcements of the tournament

  • Interview or call-in on ESPN radio show

  • Access to lunch and hospitality tent (five per sponsor)

  • Invite to UR Men’s Tennis Team social event (five per sponsor)

 

Ace:

  • Your Name/Logo on all pre-tournament marketing materials

  • Prominent sponsorship signage at the facility with large font 2.5’ x 6’ courtside banner (Ct 5)

  • Name recognition in five lead up promos (ESPN radio) up to two weeks before the event

  • Radio segment sponsorship opportunity (five available)

  • Two 30-second radio commercials during the live event

  • Access to lunch and hospitality tent (three per sponsor)

  • Invite to UR Men’s Tennis Team social event (three per sponsor)

Game:

  • Your Name/Logo on all pre-tournament marketing materials

  • Sponsorship signage at the facility with large font 2.5’ x 4’ courtside banner

  • Name recognition in three lead up promos (ESPN radio) up to two weeks before the event

  • One-30 second radio commercial during the live event

  • Access to lunch and hospitality tent (2 per sponsor)

  • Invited to UR Men’s Tennis Team social event (2 per sponsor)

 

Ad-In:

  • Your Name/Logo on all pre-tournament marketing materials

  • Sponsorship signage at the facility with large font 2’ x 3’ banner located on food and hospitality tents

  • Name recognition in one lead up promo (ESPN radio) up to two weeks before the event

  • Access to lunch and hospitality tent (one per sponsor)

 

Court:

  • Your Name/Logo on all pre-tournament marketing materials

  • Sponsorship signage at the facility with 2’ x 3’ banner

  • Name/logo all full sponsor materials

 

Food Sponsorship: Food provided for 100-120 people for 3 days

  • Your Name/Logo on all pre-tournament marketing materials

  • Sponsorship signage at the facility with large font 2.5’ x 4’ courtside banner

  • Name recognition in three lead up promos (ESPN radio) up to two weeks before the event

  • One 30 second radio commercial during the live event

  • Radio segment sponsorship opportunity

  • Exclusive rights to selling food and drinks on the property during the duration of the tournament

  • Flyers and marketing materials at Anthem and Autumn Cup

  • Email chains from UR and Boys and Girls Club

  • Live broadcast day of the event (5 hours)

  • Newspaper article - Sports Section RTD

  • Highlights from the tournament on local sports shows

  • Social Media: Tournament/Boys and Girls Club Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.
